Student Account Removal Policy

North Central College accounts are not kept indefinitely.  Please see the approximate schedule for when accounts will be automatically deleted.

Account Type: Deletion Policy
Staff: Accounts are deleted after the close of business on the last day worked
Students Accounts are deleted after one term as an inactive student (and not currently enrolled for a future term). 
Recent Graduates: Accounts are retained for one full term after graduation.  Example: June 2014 graduates' accounts will be removed in January 2015 (after the conclusion of the 2014 Fall Term)
