Change your Password

Students,faculty and staff have the ability to change their password from on or off campus. Passwords can be changed from any campus computer or from the NCC Password Portal. Passwords expire every 120 days.

Password Requirements:
* Must contain at least 8 characters
* Must contain at least 1 number
* Must be different than any of your previous passwords
* Must not contain your name or username
* Should not contain the characters 
"&" or "<".

Please follow the instructions below to change your password.  You do not need to "reset" your password if you still know your current password and it has not yet expired.

  1.  Navigate to
  2.  Enter your current NCC username and password and click "Sign in."
  3. Click "Change NCC Password"
  4. Select a new password that meets the requirements presented on the "Change NCC Password" screen. As you type your password in the "New Password" field, it will be evaluated for strength.  Please choose a password that is rated as "Strong." Retype the password in the"Confirm Password" box and click the "Change Password" button.
  5. A box will appear indicating that your password is being changed.  Please do not close out of your browser during this process.
  6. When the process is complete, you will receive a message confirming that your password change is complete. Click "Continue."  You will automatically be logged out.

  1. When logged into a campus computer, simultaneously press CTRL-ALT-Delete on the keyboard
  2. Click the Change a password link
  3. Click on the picture that has your username below it.
  4. On the following screen, verify both Resources are selected (circled in red).
  5. Complete the following fields and then click OK:
    Old Password:
    New Password:
    Confirm New Password:
