IPrint - Incompatible with Mac OS X - El Capitan
Mac OS X - El Capitan is not compatible with the version of iPrint currently installed at NCC. Users can print from El Capitan using the webprint interface.
Status: In progress - several backend upgrades are required to support the newest iPrint client.

Microsoft Office 2013 - Some fonts no longer appear correctly
Microsoft Office 2013 no longer supports Type 1 and other postscript fonts. TrueType and OpenType fonts should continue to work fine. If you have a font that no longer works, a TrueType or OpenType version of that font may be available.
Merlin: Issues opening W-2s in Firefox
Firefox may have issues opening your W-2 (.pdf file) from Merlin. The W-2 form might open, however the fields may all be blank.
Workarounds:
1. Open your W-2 using Chrome or Internet Explorer
2. Modify your PDF viewer settings in Firefox. Detailed instructions are available at:

Merlin: Issues opening W-2s in Safari
Safari's built-in PDF reader "Preview" is not able to open PDFs that have been generated by the College's ERP system.
Workaround:
1. Open your W-2 using Chrome
