Help Desk Services

Information Technology Services provides the following Services for all students,faculty, and staff:

Services available via Walk-In

  • Assistance connecting to NCC_Wireless
  • Assistance with accessing Email, Merlin, or Blackboard
  • Assistance configuring iPrint
  • Assistance configuring email on a mobile device
  • Password resets
  • Anti-Virus Installation
  • Evaluation/Diagnosis of personal laptop issues
     

Services available via phone or email

  • General Troubleshooting
  • Assistance connecting to the NCC_Wireless and wired networks
  • Issues accessing Email,Merlin or Blackboard
  • Assistance with using the ITS Password reset
     

ITS is unable to assist with hardware installation or repairs.
