Did you ever want to take your computer outside and work on an
assignment? Have you ever wished you could send an email to a friend
while you were sitting in the Cage? You can easily perform these
tasks by connecting to the North Central wireless network.
North
Central uses the IEEE 802.11g wireless network standard to allow
all members of the College community to connect to the network.
With wireless computing resources you can connect your wireless
network-equipped laptop to the network without cumbersome cables
or wires at speeds up to 11 Mbps.
The Osterle Library, the Roland Cyber Cafe and the
White Activities Center have wireless networks.
