GroupWise 8 Migration Plan
The migration plan involves updating different aspects of the email system at different times. If everything goes according to plan, the email outage should be less than 2 hours. In preparation for the upgrade for GroupWise 8, email will be taken down at 5 pm on Wednesday, August 26th. The second stage of the upgrade will start on Thursday, August 27th at 5 PM and will require another email outage of about 2 hours.
Training sessions will be provided by ITS once the migration is complete. We will send you agendas and training times in the near future.
F and N Drives
That could sound naughty if said too quickly. F and N drives are getting large and taking up space at a fast pace. Please delete any files that you do not need. To help you determine what files are taking up space on the network drives there is a program available to you. Click Start, Utilities, Folder Statistics then select which drive letters you wish to scan (F and N). You can delete the unneeded files directly from this program.
