There is good news and there is bad news.  The good news is that the redundancy system set up by ITS for the Internet is working as intended.  Currently we are running solely on our Internet back-up service provider, ICN.  However we are only running at 8 MB---our normal Internet feed is 68 MB.  The College Web server and Web site are functioning normally.

 

The bad news is that our main vendor for the Internet, AT&T (60 MB), has had erratic service since 9 am this morning.  All AT&T customers in the area connected to their equipment are experiencing the same problem.  At 3 pm, rather than providing erratic Internet service to us, they dropped our service completely.  Currently, there is no ETA on when their service will return to normal status.
