There have been several Helpdesk ticket requests about printing program evaluations from Merlin.  This problem does not occur on all computers and printers so finding a solution will not be easy.

 

The problem appears to be a unique combination of three items: the Merlin Program Evaluation, the print driver settings, and the new version of Firefox. We will continue to look for a solution.  In the meantime, if you are having problems printing the program evaluation simply copy and paste it into a Word document and then it will print fine.
