We are seeing an increase of students using the projectors in classrooms with their laptops.  They use them so that they get a big screen picture for movies, videos, games and the like.  Although the equipment is plugged back in the computer correctly the projector settings are not and hence many faculty are not able to project on a Smart Board or screen after that.

 

If you find that you cannot project onto a Smart Board or screen, please follow the steps below to resolve the problem.

 

Right click anywhere on the desktop and a drop down menu will occur.  Then click on the options that are highlighted in blue below and that  should resolve the projection problem.
