Two software programs have been added to the network for your use: SnagIT and Camtasia Studio.

 

SnagIt is screen capture software that lets you capture, edit and share what you see on your computer screen.  You can capture anything on your screen-from an area to a scrolling Web page.  It will then allow you to edit the screen capture using an image editor.  The captured and edited image can then be copied to other venues.

 

Camtasia Studio is a screen recorder.   You can record, edit, and add audio to a video.  You can capture the audio while you're recording or add narration and music later.  A variety of effects are available during recording to help you emphasize an important point or action.  You can highlight cursor movements and mouse clicks, zoom for emphasis, draw on the screen, use call-outs and Flash.  It can create a video using a variety of formats, and also create an iPod video, or convert a PowerPoint presentation to video.

 

You can find this new software by clicking on "Start" then "Network Programs."  Select the software program that you wish to use.

We are nearing our storage limits for email and anything that you can do to delete email that you no longer need would be appreciated.  The Sent Items file is a good place to start as often people forget to clean up this file.
