At approximately 4:50 pm today, Sept. 18, ITS will be working with SBC (AT&T) to upgrade our Internet access. from 15 MB to 20 MB.  During this time surfing the Internet will be painstakingly slow.  We are estimating that this switch over should take no more than 15 minutes.
