Please, please give me a chance!  I can learn.  I know that I will make some mistakes, but I will learn, I promise!  I will never catch all of the spam but I know that I can reduce it.  I just don't recognize spam as quickly as you do, but I am getting better at it.   I dynamically learn and adjust to the unique needs of your e-mail. I teach myself the difference between good e-mail and spam, which increases spam blocking effectiveness and reduces false-positives. Hopefully in the long run you will appreciate my efforts.

 

 

P.S.  You can release a large amount of valid email quickly by using the  "Manage My Quarantine" located in the upper right hand corner in gray.  Login with your username and password. Click on Options (his will only occur the first time that you login).  The click on Quarantine.  You will get a screen that looks like the following which identifies all the potential spam:

To quickly release valid email just click on the box next to the email that you want to keep.  When you are finished checking boxes, logout in the upper right hand corner.
