ITS UPDATE: Email Limits; Creating Rules for NCC Email

Email Limits
Email limits go into effect on Monday, June 25.  If you have more than 1 Gigabyte of stored email you will not be able to send email until you delete some of your stored emails.  You can see the amount of email storage you are using by clicking on the tool bar at the top called "Tools" and then from the drop down menu click on "Check Mailbox Size."
 
Creating a Rule for Sending NCC Email to a Folder
 
To send all NCC email to a folder first create a folder called NCC Mail.  Then
Go to Tools|Rules|New
Rule name: NCC Mail
When event is New Item
And items are Check the box Received
Item Type is Check the box Mail
Click Define Conditions
Include entries where and from the drop down box pick View Name (you may have to click "more fields" to see this)
Then pick  not equal
to internet
Click on End and pick OR
From contains @noctrl.edu
then click on Add Action and pick Move to Folder
Check NCC Mail
then click Save
Then Run on the original box
 
Creating a Rule for Sending all Non-NCC Email to a Folder
 
To send all Non-NCC email to a folder first create a folder called Non-NCC Mail.  Then
Go to Tools|Rules|New
Rule name: Non-NCC Mail
When event is New Item
And items are Check the box Received
Item Type is Check the box Mail
Click Define Conditions
Include entries where and from the drop down box pick View Name (you may have to click "more fields" to see this)
Then pick  equal
to internet
Click on End then Or
From not equal to @noctrl.edu
Then click on Add Action and pick Move to Folder
Check Non-NCC Mail
then click Save
Then Run on the original box
