Voice mail is currently stored using the LIFO algorithm (last message received is the first message available; newest voice mail first).  Did you know that you can change the way your voice mail is retrieved to FIFO (first message received is the first message out; oldest voice mail first)?

 

To change the play back order of voice mail messages:
1. Log into your voice mail box.
2. Press 9 to change mailbox options.
3. Press 5 to change playback options.
4. Press 3 to change message order.
5. Press 2 to make the oldest messages play first.
