Datatel Changes
Changes have been made to the Datatel system effective this morning.  These changes are:

Lock Record Listing
The process XULL (Display User Lock List) has been changed to an Envision screen (the screen mnemonic is still XULL).  Instead of listing all users and the files each user is locking, the screen will prompt you for a user number (the 3 digit number that appears in the message stating that a record is locked), then display the files and keys that the entered user has locked, along with his/her name and campus extension.  Also, this program is available to all applications in Datatel, so you will no longer have to switch to ST to see who is locking a record you are requesting.  Once again the mnemonic is XULL and it's located under the XNCC menu in each application.

Datatel Password change
When it's time to change your password in Datatel you can now change it in any application, except UT, in Datatel.  The mnemonic is XPWD and it's located under the XNCC menu in each application.
