You can now view past W-2 information on Merlin.  This link is located on the Employee's menu.  Please be aware that this information is for viewing purposes only and not for submission.  At the current time 2005 is available and 2006 will be available once HR has processed that information at the end of this year.

 

Individuals that  manage budgets may now access that information online. At a point in the near future paper copies of the budget will not be distributed and the only way that you can get the information will be through Merlin.  The benefit of this is that your budget information is as current as the Business Office processes the information and is accessible 24/7.  At the present time you can view  Budget Selection and Budget Summary.  These links are available on the Employee's Menu. Training will be provided during the week of October 30 for those who need to detail into purchase orders and requisitions.

 

When entering your  budget code do not use the 11, 12,  23 etc.  prefixes,  only use the 5 digits that follow the initial 2 digit code.  Access the Help feature on the page if you need additional information.  If you have questions or problems, please email the Help Desk.

Many times students are using Merlin and then want to send an email to their advisor.  They will no longer have to bring up GroupWise to accomplish that task..  By simply clicking on a Merlin link they can email their advisors.
