In order to complete part of the R18 migration we need to be on the new HP server , which we have labeled Raven.  ITS has given offices one month to test functionality and now  our window of opportunity for taking the system down has all but disappeared.   Wednesday  evening, August 23, at 5 pm  ITS will be bringing down Coltest and Bentest.  These accounts will be migrated to Raven.  The impact on you will be that Coltest  and Bentest will not be accessible until sometime Monday, August 28.

 

On Friday, August 25th at 5 pm ITS will bring down Merlin and Datatel.  ITS will be working all weekend to copy the data and migrate that data to Raven.  If all goes well, on Monday, August 28th Datatel and Merlin will be on our new server Raven.  The impact on you will be that Datatel and Merlin will not be accessible over the weekend.
