Inline Quotations
When you reply to a message, you can select how the original text appears. The Internet standard for e-mail replies is to add a greater-than (>) in front of the original message. You can now choose to follow the Internet standard for inline quotation. You can also choose to reply above or below the original message. To make these changes go to Tools. Options, Environment, Reply Format.
All Day Events
GroupWise now has support for all day events or multiple day events. All day events are displayed at the top of the calendar view. When you create an all day event, by default it marks the time as free. To schedule an All Day Event click the New Appointment button; set the appointment as you normally would, and check the All Day Event box. In the drop down box directly below the All Day Event box, set the time to show as Free, Tentative, Busy or Out of Office. Click Send or Post. When the All Day Event appears on your calendar, it will block out an entire day (or multiple days) across the top of the calendar in the area marked with the All Day Event icon.
Multiple Signatures
When you create a signature in GroupWise the signature is created as an HTML signature. You can create multiple HTML signatures and select a default HTML signature. When creating a signature a simple editor is provided. With the editor you can now add graphics, background images, and tables to your signature.
Select Tools, Options, Environment and select the Signature tab. Click the New button and enter the name of the signature. Use the HTML editor to enter your signature information. To attach a graphic, select Insert Picture from the toolbar and select the graphic of your choice. Choose either Automatically add the signature or to Prompt before adding. Check the Set as default box if this is the signature that you want to default to. Click OK.
I have added my signature to the end of this email to provide you an example of what can be done.
