Computer Lab Assistant:
Oversee lab operation, help users with problems or questions,
learn on the job about the hardware, software, operating systems,
and networking used in the labs. Work on projects as assigned.

Assist with a variety of tasks related to the Residence Hall
Network (ResNet), including subscription to ResNet, troubleshooting
