Phones
As part of your on-campus housing accommodations telephone service
is waiting for you in your room when you arrive. No service to
order, no waiting for installation, no appointments, no deposits.
Each room has an analog line to share. Students will have to
supply one analog phone per room. All on-campus and local calls are free!
To make a long distance call you'll need to use a calling card. You will not be charged for telephone
lines.
Voicemail
Answering machines are not
necessary! Voice mail service is provided to each student that
lives in a residence hall. If someone is on the telephone or does
not answer the telephone, calls will be forwarded to voice mail. Voice
mail is free and you can check your telephone messages from on
and off campus. Voice mails will also be forwarded to the student's North Central College e-mail account.
