How do I create a ManageMyID account?


  1. Navigate to https://ncc.managemyid.com
  2. Click the link to sign up for an account.
  3. Fill out the requested information.
  4. A message will be sent to the email address your registered requesting you to confirm your account. After you have confirmed your account, you can login to your ManageMyID account at https://ncc.managemyid.com

How do I reset my ManageMyID password?


  1.  Navigate to https://ncc.managemyid.com
  2. Select the Forgot my Password link
  3. Select the Reset your password option

     

I provided the wrong email address for ManageMyID, how can I fix it?


If you have registered an incorrect or invalid email address with ManageMyID, please contact the Help Desk to have your ManageMyID account reset.

How do I send an invitation for a guest deposit?


  1. Navigate to https://ncc.managemyid.com
  2. Login to your ManageMyID account.
  3. On the left hand side of the page, click Invite to Deposit.

     
  4. You will be give an link that you can send to a parent or guardian so that they may deposit Flex dollars into your account.

How do I report a lost/stolen card?


  1. Navigate to https://ncc.managemyid.com
  2. Login to your ManageMyID account
  3. On the left hand side of the page, click Report Lost Card

     
  4. If you are sure your card is lost, click Yes. Once your card is reported lost, it will become inactive and no longer work.
