Faculty and Staff Mobile Email

Please select your operating system for instructions on  how to configure NCC email on your mobile device.
 
 

iOS


Apple iOS:

  1. Contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@noctrl.edu to request a Groupwise Mobile account.
     
  2. Once your account is created, ITS will send you an email with the following instructions.
     
  3. Select the Settings icon.
  4. Select Mail,Contacts, Calendars. (In iOS 10, select Mail)
  5. Select Add Account.

     
  6. Select Exchange Account.
  7. Type your NCC email address, NCC password, and a description of the email. Click Next.

  8. Type your information in to the correct fields and enter gwmobile.noctrl.edu for the server name. Click Save.

  9. Select the items you would like to sync and click Save.

Android


Android:

  1. Contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@noctrl.edu to request a Groupwise Mobile account.
     
  2. Once your account is created, ITS will send you an email with the following instructions.
     
  3. Select the Settings icon.
  4. Under Accounts, select Add account.
  5. Add a Corporate/Microsoft Exhange account
  6. Type in your NCC email address and password. Select Next.
  7. Type in your NCC username, password, and leave the domain blank. Type in gwmobile.noctrl.edu for the server name and make sure use secure connection is checked.
  8. Select the items you want to sync and how often they should sync. Select Done. You can give the Account a name but that is optional.
