North Central College uses Groupwise for its email system. Here you will find information about how college email is used, where to login and a link to our email FAQ.
The vast majority of notices from administrative offices are distributed via email. It is important to use your NCC email address so that all students, faculty and staff can communicate with a standard email address.
You can read your email from off campus by using the webmail icon from the ITS website, or by entering the following address: http://webmail.noctrl.edu

Advanced warnings and information about systems outages, viruses, new products and services, etc. are distributed via ITS UPDATES.
The Groupwise Address Book contains:
- A list of all accounts on the system. All accounts are in the format of first initial, middle initial, last name @noctrl.edu
- Several distribution lists like Administrative, Support Staff, and Full-Time Faculty that can be used for emails.
- Email accounts used to communicate requests i.e. Help Desk for ITS, Maintenance for Maintenance service requests. Look in the address book to find the addresses of specific departments.
